Music & Care Ministry Lead

Meet Rory, our resident maestro of melodies and heartfelt care, who has been a valuable member of our church for years. With a treasure trove of pastoral wisdom and counseling expertise, Rory is here to ensure that both our worship and our community are hitting all the right notes!

In his role, Rory gives part of his time to overseeing our talented song leaders, shepherding them like a pro while also keeping an eye out for the next generation of leaders that we can equip to serve our church in various ways (or be sent out of our church to lead music at an established church or church plant).

The other half of Rory’s job is to help create a caring culture among our church members. He’s all about developing healthy systems that help us look after each other—because let’s face it, who wouldn’t want a little help navigating the ups and downs of life?

In his spare time, Rory enjoys strumming his guitar and writing music, spending quality time with his grown children, and spoiling his darling wife, Teresa.
